Green Yeoman Industries works closely with Law Enforcment Agencies to provide all of the required ATF paperwork to manufacture Short Barrel Rifles (Form 2), as well as transfer of the SBR to a government agency (Form 5). We do not provide transfer services to individuals or NFA Trusts (Form 4), but will provide manufacturing of the SBR (Form 2) and then transfer to another FFL with appropriate SOT licensing (Form 3) to complete the final sale to
any customer requiring a Form 4.

NFA Engraving
NFA engraving is required for all NFA items. Period.
The manufacturer's information is required to be engraved ledgibly, and with certain minimum requirements.
If the NFA Item is manufactured by Green Yeoman Industries, the following will appear on the item:
GYI Parker, CO
If the item was manufactured by an individual, coorporation or trust entity, the following needs to be engraved:
Full name of individual or trust as it appears on line 3a on Form 4
City and State where the individual/trust exists
Please include a copy of your Form 4 if this is for an individual/trust engraving.
